You

• Are a web-design expert. You can work at any level of the design stack: from information architecture, to sketches and wires, to fully rendered composites.
• Have rock-solid interaction design skills. You aren't truly comfortable unless you're in a ship-and-iterate environment.
• Are comfortable with the existing visual design at http://b.swivel.com/. We're happy to make changes, but we're at a point where we want evolution, not revolution.
• Are available on a consulting-to-hire basis. We have some projects that we'd like to work on together to get to know you.
